  A huge shout out to Vincenzo for accommodating our large party of 20 people on a Saturday afternoon at such short notice. He created a wonderful atmosphere throughout the meal and made my niece’s 5th birthday extra special! Also a huge thank you to Art who also provided service with a smile and catered to all our needs so efficiently. Thanks to you both for providing a lovely afternoon, we will definitely be returning and recommending Zizzis! Give these guys a pay rise!

  We had two servers a gentlemen that was quite happy to move my party to another table, we are at a window seat and the sun was in our eyes. Then we had Rachel who couldn't have been more friendly or professional nothing was too much trouble for her. When we couldn't decide on what to order she gave us advice on each dish. Will definitely recommend and will definitely be going back.

  Me and my partner had an amazing experience at Zizzi Bluewater. Instantly seated and our waitress Rachel was absolutely incredible! So quick , attentive and so smiley, she was truly wonderful, professional and kind she definitely made an impact on our experience at Zizzis. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I had the pepproni pizza and my partner had the duck. Absolutely delicious packed full of flavour! 🤤 10/10 for food , atmosphere and service. Will be back 100% 😋

  Great food and a wonderful experience, thanks to the amazing service we received from Rachel. She was managing several tables on a busy afternoon all by herself, yet still stayed on top of everything and delivered excellent service throughout. I would definitely return to this branch because of this experience. Thank you, Rachel.

  This was my first time at this particular Zizi's. It was very busy but it was a Friday night so to be expected. Our waiter Joseph was very helpful, polite and attentive. The food was excellent and the portions were a good size. We never felt rushed and were able to take our time to enjoy our food. Price wise, about what I expected and cheaper than many other restaurants. I'll definitely be going back.
